ORDER & SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Can I add something else to my order?

To make sure that everything is correct. You just need to place a new order and email us the new order number at info@clevashop.com . We will then refund the shipping difference to you.

 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped out, our system will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number. If you order more than one item, we may ship them separately. In that case we will keep you informed and make sure you will receive the complete order.

 

Is it possible for me to change my order?

Yes, you can always contact us to change your order before it has been shipped. Please email us your order number at info@clevashop.com. We will get back to you within 24 hrs during business days.

  

EXCHANGE & REFUND

What is your exchange policy?

An exchange will only be made for items that are defective / faulty due to manufacturing defect, incorrect size, shipped in the wrong color, or if an incorrect item was sent to you.

Please provide your order number and email us at info@clevashop.com with pictures of the item (s) within 7 days upon receiving it.   

  

How do I get a refund if I am just not happy with my order?

Sometimes things just don’t work out. Take a sigh of relief - we’ve made it easy. Email us at info@clevashop.com with pictures of the item (s) within 7 days of receipt. 

 

RETURN

Our return policy is 7 working days upon receipt. 

Kindly email us at  info@clevashop.com with your order number, reason(s) for return or exchange and a photograph of the item (s). Merchandise must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.
